1. Frame
Together, we decide on the scope, the lens, the questions to be explored, and why. This can relate to the future of the organisation, a thematic area, or sector.
2. Scan
We look for what is changing on the horizon and pay special attention to signals that have been out of the organisation's radar due to unconscious assumptions.
3. Anticipate
We test numerous interactions of forces and signals of change, create possible future scenarios, and discuss their potential implications for the issue we are exploring.
4. Envision
Because knowing what we want our future to be is the best way to get there, we use story-based, creative, and embodied methods to expand our goals, desires, and dreams.
5. Transform
We anchor our futures-focused journey back into the present and develop strategies, action plans, and creative products that account for the eventual emergence of multiple potential futures while influencing towards the realisation of the most desirable future.
